Couple Session on Virginia Family Farm
– Dunnsville, Virginia –
A dream couple session! Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Kathleen and JC, and these two were such a JOY to work with. They chose JC’s family-owned farm in Dunnsville, VA as the location of their session, which has open fields and rustic grain bins right on their Virginia property. Accompanied by their two adorable dogs, Beau and Duke, the high energy surely made the evening unforgettable.
The session continued at a private beach, a hidden gem that Kathleen mentioned when we were planning their session. As soon as we arrived, their playful side came out in full force. They chased each other along the shoreline and even ran into the water. At one point, Kathleen climbed onto JC’s shoulders and poured a beer into his mouth. Well… kinda, most of it went straight in his eyes, nose, and shirt, but she tried!
This couple’s session was a reminder of why I love what I do. Capturing that genuine connection between two people, especially in such beautiful and meaningful locations, is something truly special. Their laughter, love, and spontaneity made this session one for the books, and I can’t wait to share these photos that were captured. Check out some of their gallery below!
